SEN Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students who require additional support to access their education.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide one-to-one tuition to students with special educational needs, promoting academic progress and confidence
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for students
- Monitor student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting learning plans accordingly
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being
- Hold a valid QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a classroom setting
- Be creative, patient, and able to think outside the box to meet the diverse needs of students
- Hold a valid enhanced DBS certificate and be registered with the online update service
- A competitive hourly rate of £25-£30, depending on experience and qualifications
- Flexible working hours to suit the needs of students and tutors
- Ongoing support and training to ensure you feel confident and equipped to meet the needs of our students
