About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Leader to provide clinical leadership to the Inpatient Wotton Lawn Hospital based in Gloucester.

This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for an individual who can provide senior clinical leadership to our team and contribute to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior clinical leadership to Dean Ward, working with medical colleagues, the wider multidisciplinary team, and the patient's supporting system.
  • Exercise Responsible Clinician responsibilities in accordance with the Code of Practice, including providing written and oral evidence at Mental Health Act Managers' Meetings and Review Tribunals.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, working closely with the medical directorate and other stakeholders.
