About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our team at Soldo. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic brand campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to target B2B clients, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and messaging consistency.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROI on marketing spend.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing teams and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns generate leads that convert into pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in campaign management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Expert knowledge of project management tools, such as Asana or Airtable.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in managing a team of campaign managers or contractors.
  • Experience running a time-management sheet system to ensure projects are brought to market on time and on budget.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
