Job Title: Children's Home Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of children and young people in our residential care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the residential home and service in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each child or young person.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to ensure the care needs of children and young people are met.
- Manage the daily living environment to ensure a safe and comfortable living space for children and young people.
- Participate in out-of-hours support systems to ensure the well-being of children and young people at all times.
- Manage rotas, monitor staff training, and organize care team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
