Children's Home Director

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support to children and young people? Do you have a proven track record of managing a team and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment?
About the Role:- Lead a brand new children's home, ensuring it operates to the highest professional and quality standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, including managing budgets and contracts.
- Ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards, and lead and manage staff to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- Make strategic decisions about the future and growth of the home, and manage safeguarding reports and referrals.
- Work full-time, with on-call duties, in a Southport-based role.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in a registered manager position or as a deputy manager.
- Hold NVQ Level 3 in children and young people, and NVQ Level in leadership and management.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
