Nurse Specialist

Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of patients? We are seeking an experienced A&E General Nurse to join our team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust.
About the RoleAs an A&E General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our inpatient units, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes. You will be expected to develop and deliver care plans tailored to the needs of patients with varying complexities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and coordinate care to a named group of patients, working proactively to achieve unit and trust goals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to promote recognised policies, protocols, and guidelines.
- Participate in flexible working arrangements, including rotational shifts and bank holidays.
- Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC Register.
- Experience of working with patients with multiple pathologies and developing care plans.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain and improve standards of care.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,407 to £34,581 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
