About the Position: As a Home Care Supervisor, you will be instrumental in delivering specialized assistance to individuals in our care facilities. At Radis, we value each person as unique, customizing our services to meet their specific requirements while ensuring a consistent approach throughout their care journey.

As the primary contact for the care package, your duties will encompass:

  • Conducting staff supervisions and meetings, providing guidance to Care Workers.
  • Organizing and assigning tasks to guarantee personalized care for each client.
  • Assisting with medication management and personal care activities.
  • Providing community support.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential, with a commitment to progress towards Level 3.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to meet the needs and expectations of clients.

Additional Requirements:

  • An enhanced DBS check is required for this position.
  • Having a driving license and access to a vehicle is advantageous, as some travel may be necessary.
