Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses in providing patient care and support in the Neurosciences and Spinal Care Services department.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients with head injuries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Provide guidance and support to junior nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- First-level degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in leading a team of nurses in a hospital setting.
