Job Opportunity

Sellick Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join their team in Merseyside, working in the Safeguarding department for Adult Social Care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive to enhance their skills in a busy and friendly in-house team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of adult social care matters, including complex cases and advice on matters such as:

  • Court of Protection
  • Deprivation of Liberty
  • Mental Capacity Act
  • Care Act

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
