Senior Lawyer - Adults

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Senior Lawyer to join an excellent Local Authority in Merseyside, to work in their Safeguarding team, focusing on Adult Social Care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive to enhance its busy but friendly in-house Safeguarding team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of Adults Social Care matters. They will have excellent technical skills and a good level of experience in dealing with Adults Social Care matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and guidance on Adults Social Care matters
  • Working closely with the Safeguarding team to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures
