Senior Lawyer - Adults Social Care Specialist

About the Role:

Sellick Partnership is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer to join our client's Safeguarding team, focusing on Adult Social Care matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive to enhance our client's busy but friendly in-house Safeguarding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of complex adult social care matters, including Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty, Mental Capacity Act, and Care Act cases.
  • Providing expert advice on adult social care law and policy.
  • Working closely with the Safeguarding team to ensure effective implementation of adult social care policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in adult social care law and policy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
