About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Debt Collections Agent/Mortgage Arrears Agent to join our client's rapidly expanding business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to provide positive solutions to their accounts while adhering to regulations and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Telephone based B2C Arrears Collections experience
  • Experience in working in an FCA regulated environment

Please note that this role has a start date of 2nd December 2024, with no flexibility. We require the above experience as a minimum requirement to apply.

Working Environment

Your working day will be spent on the telephone talking to customers alongside a small amount of Administration. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
