Used Car Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales Controller to lead our sales team at Command Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives, comprising experienced professionals and new talent to the industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve highest sales results and customer service standards.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and customer experience expectations.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in supervising and leading a team.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer Literacy: Great computer literacy and self-motivation.
A mix of weekends and weekdays, with long days of 4 or 5 days per week, rota dependent.
BenefitsA competitive basic salary, plus a highly achievable bonus scheme with an OTE of £55k-£60k, plus other company incentives and rewards.
