Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data from platforms like Google Analytics and CRM systems to identify patterns and trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer service teams, driving data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement customer segmentation and predictive analytics, informing business strategy.
  • Conduct market research, surveys, and focus groups to gain deep insights and benchmark performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key customer metrics and campaign effectiveness, ensuring data-driven decision making.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or data science.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and a thorough understanding of customer behavior analytics, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner, and a collaborative mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.
