About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our growing and ambitious Pulse content team at 11:FS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in utilising your UX expertise and fintech knowledge to analyse and assess financial user journeys from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial apps and websites to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fintech market, including emerging trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with our research team to identify new financial service products and features to include on our platform.
  • Produce high-quality editorial content to guide users towards the best financial experiences, including playlists with commentary and articles on trending fintech topics.
  • Contribute to our weekly newsletter, writing about the latest developments in the fintech industry.
  • Work closely with our content team to develop and implement our editorial strategy.
  • Benchmark financial products and features to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on user journeys and UX best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX research and analysis, with a strong understanding of fintech and financial services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interest in fintech and financial services, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry.

What We Offer
