Academic Engagement Lead

Head Resourcing is partnering with a business change consultancy to find an experienced Engagement Manager/Senior Project Manager.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role, with three days spent on-site with clients and two days working from home. As an Engagement Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver successful projects to clients in the construction or utilities industry.
Key Responsibilities- Drive culture changes to improve collaboration amongst teams and across units with customers and suppliers.
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and continuous value to customers.
- Travel to project sites in the UK and Ireland as required.
- Present to large groups in an engaging manner, showcasing your expertise and confidence.
- Hold a formal project management qualification.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A history of delivering projects from a consultancy background.
- Experience working with clients in the construction or utilities industry.
- Ability to focus on delivering value to customers.
- Confidence in presenting to large groups.
- A formal project management qualification.
