Queen Alexandra College is seeking an Academic Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the attendance and inclusion of our students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and maintain accurate attendance statistics to inform next steps.
  • Support the development of strategies to improve attendance and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with line managers and staff to ensure effective implementation of attendance policies.
  • Contribute to whole College initiatives to improve attendance and inclusion.
  • Stay up-to-date with national policies and legislation related to attendance.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of attendance policies and procedures.
