Job Title: Academic Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Engagement Manager to join our team at Queen Alexandra College. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success and well-being of our students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To track and maintain accurate attendance statistics using Databridge and Excel.
  • To support the development of next steps in liaison with line managers and relevant staff.
  • To contribute to whole College initiatives, multi-agency training, and group work to improve College admission and attendance.
  • To ensure the College is updated with national policies, procedures, and legislation relating to attendance.
  • To work alongside Curriculum Area Managers and Assistant Principals to support the effective implementation of the College Improvement Plan with regard to attendance and punctuality.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Databridge, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of attendance policies and procedures.
