Position Overview:

- Your role will involve delivering palliative care support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Key duties will include managing a 24-hour telephone support service and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- We are in search of an individual with outstanding assessment, planning, and communication abilities to uphold the highest standards of care.
Candidate Profile:
- NMC registered nurse with a background in palliative and end-of-life care.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively within a team setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to lead and mentor others.

- Familiarity with SystemOne software is advantageous.
- Experience in the independent healthcare sector is beneficial.
