Account Manager for Print and Garment Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our sales and customer service team within the print sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, addressing new leads, and building additional clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships while addressing new leads to build additional clientele.
  • Handle inbound sales and customer service inquiries, including assessing business needs, reviewing design files, and aligning with client budgets.
  • Oversee and nurture current client accounts.
  • Prepare quotes, calculate margins, and utilize proven sales techniques to drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Experience within the print sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Interest or passion for the printing industry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
