Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries, identify customer needs (such as consultations, service requests, etc.), and connect them with the appropriate team member.
  • Welcome all guests, prospective clients, and partners upon their arrival, ideally addressing them by name.

  • Guide studio visitors from initial presentations to final order placements.
  • Record all relevant information and data in our Customer Experience Platform.
  • Stay informed about the specifications and updates of our product range through our internal training portal.
  • Assist in organizing studio events and, when necessary, support at official functions, particularly with logistical and administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer notifications and recalls as needed.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to all studio visitors.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in daily studio operations.
Personal Specification:
  • A-level education or relevant experience in hospitality, catering, or high-end retail (experience in the automotive sector is advantageous but not essential).
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail, promoting teamwork.
  • Valid class B driving license.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
