Anaesthetist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Anaesthetic Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic services to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in anaesthesia, with a proven track record of delivering excellent patient care. You will be expected to work collaboratively with our team of consultant staff to provide a comprehensive anaesthetic service, including elective and emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality anaesthetic services to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work collaboratively with the anaesthetic team to deliver a comprehensive anaesthetic service
- Participate in the development and implementation of anaesthetic policies and procedures
- Contribute to the education and training of junior doctors and other staff members
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification
- Evidence of completion of specialist training or equivalent
- Experience of supervising undergraduates, junior doctors, and other staff members
- GMC Specialist Register or eligible for entry within six months of receipt of Certificate of Completion of training (CCT)
