Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Claims Operations Leader to become a vital part of our Retail Protection team on a permanent basis.

  • Foster an environment that enables your team to provide exceptional service, ensuring ease of business for our clients.
  • Leverage feedback and management data to enhance the customer journey.
  • Engage in transparent and constructive discussions with team members regarding performance and conduct through regular coaching and evaluations.
  • Quickly adapt to support delivery and coaching initiatives.
  • Establish a culture of 'right first time' and address any discrepancies effectively.
  • Modify communication styles to suit various audiences and situations.
  • Contribute to the planning, forecasting, and distribution of tasks within the team to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Utilize knowledge of processes, systems, and procedures to manage and resolve complaints and escalations, ensuring timely completion of risk controls.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Experience in claims (preferred).
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach, demonstrating self-motivation.
  • The ability to employ various coaching techniques to drive and achieve effective results.
  • Skills to maintain high levels of engagement within the team.
  • Flexibility to adapt and apply different coaching methods to seek improvements and demonstrate effective coaching to enhance team performance and conduct.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of products, processes, and procedures relevant to the business area.
