About the Company:

CV Library is working with a leading multi-disciplined property company to find an experienced Assistant Building Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company that offers a wide range of services to a multi-client base. As an Assistant Building Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, customer-focused FM service, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery to the occupiers, achievement of agreed SLAs for service provision and management, and full statutory/regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring works and activity conducted by contractors/suppliers on the clients' behalf, and ensuring compliance with any procedures set out in respect of verification, approval and/or sign-off relating thereto.
  2. Providing first line escalation and support in respect of supplier performance, delivery and personnel-related issues, and ensuring that complaints/issues are dealt with expeditiously and professionally.
  3. Promoting and maintaining effective engagement and communication with occupier/business representatives and key stakeholders, demonstrating a customer-focused approach and a commitment to service excellence.
