Position: Evaluation Consultant

Join the esteemed Policy and Evaluation Unit at Elizabeth Norman International as an Evaluation Consultant. We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 4 years of experience in research and evaluation.

This role is integral to our Policy and Evaluation Unit, which collaborates with public entities to deliver solid evidence regarding the efficacy of public policies and programs. Our mission is to provide insightful recommendations that aid in establishing policy priorities and enhancing program delivery. With the rapid growth of our international initiatives, we are expanding our focus on the EU evaluation sector.

Our team is currently engaged in a substantial volume of evaluation and impact assessment projects for various EU institutions, covering a wide array of policies including environmental, economic, legal, health and safety, food standards, and more. This position offers a diverse scope of work with a primary emphasis on EU markets.

We are in search of a mixed-methods research professional with expertise in EU evaluations to join our team and further enhance our service offerings.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery and management of projects for EU clients, crafting and executing research and impact assessment methodologies. This is a client-facing position where you will engage with stakeholders at the European Commission and other relevant institutions.

This hands-on research role will require you to develop methodologies and research instruments (such as questionnaires and discussion guides) while managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from evaluation design to data collection and analysis, culminating in the formulation of conclusions and recommendations.
