We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Proactive Personnel Ltd in Telford. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, and other financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Purchase Ledger: Manage and reconcile supplier payments, process invoices, and credit notes.
- Sales Ledger: Process sales invoices, credit notes, and manage customer payments.
- Credit Control: Chase payments, deal with general queries, and monitor sales commissions.
- Ad-hoc duties: Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Accounts position.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
- Salary of up to £26,500 depending on experience.
- Part-time – flexible hours.
