About the Role:

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of 100% compliant products to clients within specified timelines, while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. This involves close collaboration with the planning function to devise more efficient processes and instill a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a working environment that is compliant with relevant HSE legislation and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry and customer quality standards.
  • Cascade planning information to the team, including now and next boards on the shop floor.
  • Ensure on-time delivery.
  • Regularly update employees on production matters in both verbal and written formats.
  • Remove in-process barriers and bottlenecks.
  • Identify training needs for existing and new employees to enable them to complete their required tasks.
  • Maintain records to show the training completed.
  • Maintain morale and team spirit in accordance with company values.
