About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and contracts within your geographic and client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage and deliver projects to time, cost, quality, safety, and security of supply.
  • Commercial Acumen: Achieve the tendered margin or betterment through strong commercial acumen.
  • Programme Management: Produce and monitor project programmes using programming software.
  • People Management: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of direct reports.
  • Change Management: Manage change effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and manage risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts within fixed price and target cost NEC3/NCE 4 contracts.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Significant experience at a Senior Management level.
  • Qualifications: SMSTS, IOSHH, NEBOSH, CSCS, and EUSR Blue Water Card.
  • Skills: Project, programme, people, risk/opportunity, and change management.
