Job Description

Project Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects and contracts within our Civil Engineering and Water Utilities division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver projects and contracts to time, cost, quality, safety, and security of supply.
  • Commercial Acumen: Achieve the tendered margin or betterment through strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.
  • People Management: Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of direct reports.
  • Record Management: Ensure accurate records of completed works are processed and submitted in accordance with current procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Significant experience at a Senior Management level, with a strong background in contract management and project delivery.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, project management skills, people management skills, and risk management skills.
  • Qualifications: SMSTS, IOSHH, NEBOSH, CSCS Card (Black or White Card), and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
