We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Penumbra. As a Recovery Champion, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges to achieve their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to individuals, promoting self-management and resilience building through a strengths-based approach.
- Act as a recovery champion within the team, inspiring hope and promoting the belief that recovery is possible.
- Build relationships with external agencies and partners to promote opportunities for improved wellbeing.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Peer roles and reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
