Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner to join our team at Dundee Nature Kindergarten. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursery practitioners and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient nursery operation
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education
  • Experience of working in a nursery setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
