Job Description

Anderselite LTD is seeking a highly skilled Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects, including bridge construction, transport infrastructure, and reinforced concrete structures.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and quality control assessments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering project management, with a strong background in quantity surveying.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in NEC contracts and project management software.
  • Validated experience in managing projects in the North West region, with a strong understanding of local regulations and best practices.
