About the Role

FI Real Estate Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management and surveying services to support the delivery of commercial property projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control construction costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to inform cost planning and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present detailed cost reports and analyses to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential cost risks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost management within the commercial property sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing project requirements.
