Compensation:
£14.30 per hour

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 6.00am-2.00pm, rotating weekly to Monday - Thursday 2.00pm to 12.00am

Job Description:
We are looking for an Assembly Operative to join our client’s team in Barnstaple on a long-term temporary to permanent basis. This position plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that high-quality engineering components are assembled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble components according to specifications.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
3. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
4. Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:
