Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team at TT Electronics. As an essential part of our assembly team, you will be responsible for manufacturing electrical-based products in accordance with recognised industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture electrical-based products in accordance with recognised industry standards.
- Work in a low volume, high product mix, build-to-print environment.
- Use ERP/Shop booking systems to manage production.
- Collaborate with the team to meet schedules and deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality products by following detailed build instructions.
Requirements
- Experience in the Aerospace industry or similar industry.
- Extensive experience in working in low volume, high product mix, build-to-print environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
- Experience in the use of ERP/Shop booking systems.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience of Accredited Quality Systems such as ISO9001 or AS9100.
- Knowledge or experience of Lean manufacturing or production techniques.
