About the Role

As a key member of Workday's EMEA Professional Services team, you will be passionate about implementing our Human Resources and Financial Management cloud-based software.

This role will work closely with our evolving reporting and analytics product portfolio, featuring exciting products such as Prism Analytics, People Analytics, and Accounting Center.

You will collaborate with the client's project team to design, develop, and deploy our customer's various analytic and reporting requirements.

This role requires knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling, and reporting patterns, as well as customer-facing experience and a successful track record of delivering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers.
  • Assist clients in resolving analytic and reporting issues associated with the Workday application.
  • Have significant analytic or reporting experience in Human Resources, Financial Management, or Payroll-related domains.
  • Be able to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deliver on assigned schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Contribute to our customer's experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
  • Be able to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Be a great teammate who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers.
  • Have the capability to mentor and share best practices with team members.
About You
  • 7+ years of data modeling experience.
  • 4+ years of Workday reporting experience.
  • 3+ years of Prism experience.
  • Understanding of UK business practices and typical reporting needs in HCM and Finance.
  • General understanding of APIs.
  • General understanding of Security/Data Governance.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner, motivated to understand various technologies used at Workday.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills.
