Job Title: Reporting and Data Enablement Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Data Enablement Lead to join our team at DataTech Analytics. As a key member of our centralised insights team, you will be responsible for leading a team of multidisciplined specialists to provide best-in-class insight and reporting for C-Suite leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Reporting Subject Matter Experts from across the business into one single Centre of Excellence.
  • Combine multiple, highly complex customer, product, social, sales, and distribution data sets.
  • Prioritise Reporting and Data Analytics requirements from C-Suite and Senior Leaders.
  • Deliver high-value performance analysis and recommendations on which Senior Leaders can base their business decisions.
  • Lead and drive the rollout of self-serve access to regular reports across the business to meet agreed targets and driving maximum cost and resource efficiency.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of data reporting leadership including multiple and mixed data sets.
  • Strong business understanding including the role of analytics in driving leader decisions and key levers impacting leader decisions across content, product, distribution, and sales.
  • Excellent understanding of access and analytics tools including Reporting Dashboards, Modelling, 3rd Party data (Adobe), tools across social platforms, Data Robot.
  • Strong influencing skills of peers, C-Suite, and Senior Leaders.

Requirements:

  • Presentation skills with the ability to present complex and detailed recommendations clearly and succinctly to C-Suite/Senior Leaders.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills including capability to drive learning across the Insight team.
  • Excellent ability to deal with data complexity and proven track record of working with technology data teams to drive a clear route to data integrity and foundation.
  • Strong leadership/people management skills including coaching of team members.
