About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Reed. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our client's marketing efforts and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Content Creation and Management: Manage content creation and scheduling for multiple marketing channels, analyze engagement, and handle customer interactions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by creating sales materials, promotional content, and innovative lead generation strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to support creative marketing initiatives and monitor competitor activity.
  • Website Management: Update website copy and assist with website maintenance.
  • Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
  • Merchandise and Events: Contribute to the development of merchandise, from design to retail management, and support event planning and execution.
  • Public Relations: Work with PR agencies to develop engaging content and PR campaign ideas.
  • Influencer and Partnership Management: Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to drive brand awareness through creative content campaigns.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, technology, and innovations.
  • Brand Voice and Consistency: Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare marketing sales and trend reports.
Requirements
  • Marketing Passion and Experience: Demonstrable passion for marketing and a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Communication and Writing Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
  • Social Media and Analytics: Proficiency in social media management and analytics.
  • Collaboration and Creativity: Ability to collaborate with graphic design teams and meet client specifications, with creative thinking and a proactive approach to idea generation.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Google and social media analytics, Photoshop, and Adobe creative tools, with strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
