Job Summary:

PRS Recruitment Services is seeking an exceptional Data Center Shift Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain data center equipment, including UPS systems, PDU's, switchgear, diesel generators, and BMS systems.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  3. Respond to alarms and notifications, and take corrective action to resolve issues.
  4. Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless operation of data center facilities.
  5. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for data center operations.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
  2. Strong knowledge of data center equipment, including UPS systems, PDU's, switchgear, and BMS systems.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other technical teams.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
