Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Addlestone Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team, role modelling best practice and ensuring the highest standards of childcare are maintained.

About the Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Ensuring the needs of every individual child are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
  • Developing and implementing observation, assessment, and planning for key children in line with EYFS
  • Coaching and guiding the staff team to ensure they are equipped to provide developmentally challenging next steps
  • Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements
