Position Commercial Manager

Impact Handling are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to lead a Purchase Ledger team of 7, ensuring that all invoices and payments are processed in a timely and effective manner and in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Purchase Ledger team to achieve efficient and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Purchase Ledger function.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Purchase Ledger activities with other business functions.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial or procurement role, preferably in a similar industry.
