Your Responsibilities:
In the role of Operations Specialist, you will facilitate the seamless operation of our airport base. This includes:
- Collaborating with aircraft operators, travel coordinators, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to manage aircraft arrivals and departures.
- Providing exemplary service to clients, ensuring a smooth experience through our facilities.
- Handling customer inquiries, bookings, and operational tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in aviation, travel, luxury retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen understanding of VIP expectations.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet operational needs.
- Willingness to acquire new skills, with comprehensive training provided.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in IT applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eligibility to obtain a full airport identification.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
