Sales Development Representative

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Agent to join our client's team in Swindon.
This role involves speaking with potential customers who have already expressed interest in our products and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing clear and concise information about our offerings.
As a Sales Agent, you will be expected to meet targets, document customer information, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a positive personality, resilience, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to discuss products and services
- Build strong rapport with customers to understand their needs
- Go through all aspects of the products clearly and sell in the benefits
- Meet targets and document customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to meet customer needs
