**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic French-speaking Sales Development Administrator to support our sales team and contribute to our expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity for personal career development and to become a key member of our efficient and friendly office team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the UK and overseas sales function, including customer service, sales order processing, invoicing, new line setups, inventory databases, and price files.

* Manage the online customer resource database, ensuring product specifications and images are up-to-date.

* Analyze customer sales and activity to identify opportunities for growth.

* Research new sales opportunities and prepare sales presentations and quotations.

* Actively participate in UK and overseas trade shows to promote sales.

* Provide support to our UK and French sales teams.

* Perform general office duties, order processing, raising invoices/credit notes, and managing day-to-day queries.

* Support the sales office during periods of holidays and absence.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Proactive and able to work independently.

* Enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative team player with high standards.

* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

* Attention to detail.

* Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas, including overnight stays.

* Clean full driving license is advantageous.

* French language skills.
