We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our Organisational Development department at the University of South Wales. As a key member of our HR systems and analytics team, you will play a crucial role in helping us transform our organisation and progress our data maturity to the next level and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational objectives
- Develop and maintain self-service driven approaches to ad hoc data requests
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and automate outlier detection
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and working groups to provide insights and support
- Ensure sound data quality and assurance management processes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Knowledge of HR data, SAP Business Objects, and MS PowerBI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
