Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
* You're probably an existing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
* You'll have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation
* You're a natural talent and passion for hospitality and an amazing people manager with a flair for talent spotting
* You're extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles
* You have good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs
* You have good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
* You're a self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
* You have strong knowledge of best practice in the following areas: sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
