About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Adventure Yogi. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with our retreat teams to develop on-brand promotional materials and launch strategies for new retreat products.
  • Attend retreats to gain a deeper understanding of our audience and create content that resonates with them.
  • Monitor and analyze our digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and efficient.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in the wellness or travel industry is highly desirable.
