Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Radstock. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting 'Tom', a gentleman with a learning disability, autism, and specific sensory needs, to live his best life.

About the Role
  • Hourly rate: £12.65; sleep nights paid at £45.00 per night
  • Essential requirement: full UK or EU or Designated Country Driving Licence for mobility vehicle support

As a Support Worker, you will be part of a close-knit team that provides person-centred support to Tom. You will work closely with a team of professionals to minimize behaviours of distress and ensure Tom's needs are met.

Requirements
