Senior Legal Counsel - Fintech

About Us

Kinsella Legal Limited is a leading provider of legal services to the fintech industry. We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team and support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the executive team and other stakeholders on all aspects of the business.
  • Manage a small team of lawyers and ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support the growth of the business.
  • Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and that the business is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' PQE with experience in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulation, including AIFMD, FSMA, AML and CCA.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
