Care at Home Group is seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Care Manager to support our Cheshire West Care Services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Cheshire East and West team to safely grow the department and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate the right Community Care Worker to the right Service user for the right time.
- Manage all Care Coordinators within the team.
- Liaise with relevant healthcare professionals and local authorities.
- Communicate with care workers, service users, and family members.
- Keep up to date with care workers, spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within Domiciliary care, ideally within a Deputy Manager role.
- Willing to take part in care calls when needed.
- Full UK driving license.
